Coolant

Aqua-Syn 55, 100% synthetic water-soluble coolant, engineered specificly for metal grinding and finishing operations. When mixed and maintained at a ratio of 20 to 1, this coolant provides anti-corrosion properties for as long as 10 days and is easily flushed off prior to painting or plating operations. NO mineral spirits, silicones, or soluble oils are used in Aqua-Syn; it will not damage the paint on equipment nor wash the lubricant out of bearings.

Disposal and recycling is a mater of de-watering (evaporation) and recycling the dry swarf as scrap metal.

Aqua-Syn is available in 5 gal. Pails and returnable 55 gal. Drums (deposit required).
